This is a full body glute-focused training program, meaning every time you train, you will be working out your entire body. However, this program focuses mostly on increasing the size and strength of your glutes. So while you should experience strength increases on most all muscle groups, you will notice the most improvement in your glutes. By just doing Compound movements such as squats and lunges train more of the quads, lower back, and hamstrings won’t automatically result in greater glutes, you have to hit them separately by doing more glutes focused exercises. I’ve added the different exercises that just isolate the glutes and make them grow. I’ve also mixed the plan with HIIT training so not only you will tone up your body & glutes, you will also drop the body fat down to get that lean look.
